Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If tracking is available, you’ll find a tracking link in that email.

How to track your order

1. Open your shipping confirmation email.

2. Click the tracking link to view the latest delivery updates.

3. If you can’t find the email, check your spam or junk folder.

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually take 10–12 business days to process, followed by an estimated 12–15 business days for delivery within Canada. Processing and delivery are separate, so please allow approximately 22–27 business days in total, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Need help with your order?

If you haven’t received your confirmation, your tracking hasn’t updated, or your parcel is taking longer than expected, email petastra92@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your parcel hasn’t arrived, check your delivery area and with household members, then contact us so we can help investigate.
