Cancel an Order

Need to cancel your Petastra order? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether cancellation is still possible.

How to request a cancellation

Email petastra92@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Order — Your Order Number” and include:

• Your order number.

• The name and email address used at checkout.

• Whether you want to cancel the entire order or specific items.

Before your order ships

We’ll check your order’s status and confirm whether we can cancel it. Cancellation may not be possible once processing has begun. Sending a request does not mean your order has been cancelled—please wait for our confirmation.

If your order has already shipped

We generally cannot stop an order once it has been dispatched. You can request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for approved cancellations

If payment has been collected, we’ll refund the amount paid for the cancelled items, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges that no longer apply, to your original payment method.

We’ll confirm the refund details by email. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Need to correct your order instead?

If you entered the wrong address or selected the wrong item or size, contact us promptly. We’ll check whether a change is possible before you place another order.
